In recent years, Newco Nominees has consolidated their interest in both Commodity Trading and the discounting and monetizing of bank instruments.

To this end we have joined in an alliance of like-minded groups centered in Hong Kong, with associates in London, Spain and the Middle East.

“Billion Alliance” brings extensive experience in the areas of both Bullion and Dore gold trading with re-refining in Dubai and Italy, allowing our clients to choose their preferred options of delivery. Of importance to this industry is the willingness of the Sellers and Buyers, to set realistic volumes of the trades, which avoids the unnecessary and unrealistic claims of some parties, unable to substantiate their offers. Through our method of establishing an early Due Diligence process to back up these claims, we offer confidentiality and discreet assessments of the offers presented.

Funding through the use of commercial Letters of Credit or, Lawyers escrow accounts, allows our associates in the Middle east in particular, to expedite negotiations and bring an immediate rating of the likelihood of success.

Additionally, investment programmes on the leasing or buying of SBLC’s is a very specific discipline we are advancing with major Funders, providing excellent opportunities available through different sources.

Importantly, no fees are ever requested up front and it is our advice that any party that does require “deposits”, should be avoided.
